US Shipping 

Packages shipping to the continental United States are usually sent from our Texas warehouse. Orders that are shipped from Texas are typically packed within 1-2 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, during the peak holiday season or during Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packed and processed.

In the US, packages usually arrive 2-5 business days after they are shipped, but occasionally can take longer — especially during Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. The average shipping time in the continental United States is 4 business days, but may take up to 5-10 days during Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

If an item you have selected is not in our Texas warehouse, it will be shipped from our Shenzhen warehouse. Please note, we cannot control processing delays in customs or additional delivery time to locations outside of metro areas. Once your order arrives in the US, most shipments are sent through UPS Ground. The carrier always depends on the size of your order and your location.
