Winners will be solely responsible for complying with any tax reporting obligations.Winner must provide Sponsor with a valid social security number by completing IRS Form W-9 before the prize will be awarded, for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued in the name of the winner for the actual value of the prize received.FAILURE TO PROVIDE FORM W-9: If winner fails to provide a completed and valid IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days of request, Sponsor will withhold twenty-four percent (24%) of the prize value as backup withholding as required by federal law.
