Size & Fit

• Music Shield is designed to complement most face shapes
• The nose pieces may be gently bent for a more comfortable fit
• The frame should sit level with eyebrows
• The arms should rest comfortably on ears
• If experiencing discomfort, contact customer support — never attempt adjustments yourself (the arms should not be bent or heated)
• Charge before use: Fully charge the product before using it for the first time
• Charging environment: Only charge the product in temperatures between 0°C and 35°C (32°F to 95°F)
• Storage: Store in the provided glasses case when not in use

Operation Instructions

• Tint Adjustment
  • Turn on: Open temple arms, Hall switch will be turned on. Slide the control on the right temple to adjust tint.
  • Turn off: Close temple arms, Hall switch will be turned off. Tint adjustment function will be turned off.
  • Adjust Tint: Slide the control on the right temple to cycle through 4 tint levels.
• Range: Seamlessly adjust from 63% light transmission (lighter) to 17% (darker).
• Speed: Instant adjustment—perfect for transitioning from shaded trails to bright sun.
• Power On/Off
  • Power on: Long press the button on the right temple arm for about 3 seconds. The blue LED will light for 1 second, then blue and red LEDs will flash alternately. You'll hear "Power on."
  • Power off: Long press the button on the right temple arm for about 3 seconds. The red LED will flash 3 times. You'll hear "Power off."
• Bluetooth Pairing
  • Initial pairing: After powering on, the red and blue lights will flash alternately. Search for and connect to "Chamelo MS G2" on your device. You'll hear "Connected" upon successful pairing.
  • Automatic connection: Music Shield will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.
  • Disconnected state: If connection is lost, red and blue LEDs will flash alternately and you'll hear "Disconnected."

Music Controls

• Play/Pause: Single click the button on the right temple when playing music.
• Next Song: Double click the button on the right temple when playing music.
• Previous Song: Triple click the button on the right temple when playing music.

Call Controls

• Answer/End Call: Single click the button during an incoming call.
• Reject Call: Long press the button for about 3 seconds during an incoming call.

Charging and Battery

• Charging: Use the included magnetic pogo pin cable (or a replacement cable from Chamelo).
  • Red LED solid: Charging

  • Low battery warning: The red LED will flash once every 5 seconds.
• Battery durability: The battery is designed for 500+ charge cycles while maintaining excellent performance.

UV Protection

• Lenses provide 100% UVA/UVB protection at all tint levels—from the lightest to the darkest setting.

Cleaning and Care

• Lens care: Use the included microfiber cloth or a soft, damp cloth to clean the lenses. Always check for dust or debris before wiping to prevent scratches.
• Temperature: Store and use between 0°C to 35°C (32°F to 95°F) for optimal performance.
• Storage: Keep in the provided protective pouch when not in use to maintain the premium finish.
• Water resistance: Music Shield is IPX4 rated—built to handle sweat, rain, and splashes during your toughest workouts.

Important Safety Information

• Safe tint adjustment: Only adjust the tint when stationary and safe to do so—never while driving or operating machinery.
• Battery: Music Shield features a built-in rechargeable battery. Do not attempt to replace or modify it.
• Hearing protection: Enjoy your music responsibly. Extended exposure to high volumes can damage hearing.
• Medical devices: Maintain at least 15 cm distance from pacemakers, hearing aids, and other medical devices.
• Product care: Handle with care—avoid pulling the temples excessively or squeezing the lenses.
• Charging safety: Unplug after charging is complete. Use only Chamelo-approved charging accessories.

Warranty Coverage

Your Music Shield is protected by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering hardware defects under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or extreme environmental exposure.
