At Chamelo, we understand that things don’t always go according to plan. That’s why we offer a robust warranty policy on our products, including a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Here’s a run-through of each warranty policy below:
30-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Chamelo product, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Here’s what you need to know:
- Products Covered: All Chamelo products and accessories
- Warranty Life span: 30 days from the date of shipping
- Applicability: Return for any reason
- Purchased From: Chamelo.com
- Exclusions: Accidental or water damage, loss of product
- Options: Replacement, exchange for an equal-value product, or refund
Process:
- Returns must include all accessories and original packaging.
- For non-quality-related claims, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For quality-related claims, Chamelo will refund or reimburse return shipping costs.

1-year manufacturer’s warranty
Our 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covers any manufacturing defects. Here’s what you need to know:
- Products Covered: All Chamelo products
- Warranty Lifespan: 1 year from the date of shipping
- Applicability: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, careful use
- Purchased From: Chamelo.com or Amazon
- Exclusions: Accidental or water damage, loss of product
- Options: One (1) replacement (refurbished or new unit)
Process:
- Ensure your product is registered for its warranty within 30 days of the shipping date.
- If a defect is found and a valid claim is received, Chamelo will either repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts or replace it with a new or refurbished product.
- Contact hello@chamelo.com with 2-3 clear photos and a video showing the issue.
- Chamelo will send you a prepaid shipping label for the defective item.
Additional notes:
- Returns must include all accessories and original packaging.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For quality-related warranty claims, Chamelo will refund or reimburse return shipping costs.
- When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Chamelo, Chamelo takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
- When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
- Chamelo does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
How to action a warranty:
- Email hello@chamelo.com and upload 2-3 clear photos of the fault and a video showing the issue.
- Chamelo will provide a prepaid shipping label to send back the defective item.
- Once received and inspected, Chamelo will send a replacement and email you when it has been dispatched.
The Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Non-official Chamelo products or counterfeits
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Items not registered within the required 30-day window
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Water damage
- Damages from operating the product outside its intended use
- Lost or stolen products
- Free products
